Hi there, I'm Paul
Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. First here's a little
about me and then we can see if I can help you.
I've been involved in sports and fitness on and off since I left school
in 1992, starting with swimming, then field hockey, karate, then after
studying illustration and design in college I started training in Taekwondo
and gained a black belt in the sport.
After a short break from exercise I then found a new interest in fitness
classes and the gym environment. I loved the positive atmosphere and
after a few years of this I decided that I wanted a real piece of the
I wanted to help people experience the buzz that I had felt. I wanted
to help others get the same benefits that I’d gained as I felt
my fitness improve week by week and help people look and feel better
while giving them fresh, new opportunities to enjoy their lives.
Keeping busy has always
been a priority for me whether itís physically or mentally so Iím always
on the move through social media, training in the gym or getting very
muddy and wet at events like Tough Mudder and Nuclear Races. Itís so
much fun and I never thought Iíd be capable before starting my health
and fitness journey.
