This is where you'll find me throughout most of the week. If I'm not training my clients or talking to gym members I'll be teaching a variety of classes on the following days:

Monday
Pure Cycle - 6.15pm - 6.45pm
Pure Cycle - 7.00pm - 7.45pm

Thursday
Pure Pump - 9.15am - 10.00am
Pure Combat - 6.30pm - 7.00pm
Pure Cycle - 7.00pm - 7.45pm

Saturday
Pure Combat - 10.00pm - 10.30pm
Pure Pump - 11.15pm - 12.00pm

I am a qualified Leader in Running Fitness authorised by England Athletics and I take a running group out twice a week around the local area near Puregym on a Tuesday and Friday evening at 7pm. Distances vary but we generally do a shorter run, around 5 kilometres on a Tuesday and nearer 10 kilometres on a Friday.

Anyone is welcome, gym member or not. We're a very friendly group, full of encouragement and motivation and nobody is ever left behind so whether you're a fast runner or just starting out please feel free to pop along and have a go.

Just meet us outside the gym entrance at 7pm and make sure you're wearing some hi visibility clothing and if possible a head torch with you as we occasionally run through unlit areas in the Winter months.

If you're not a paying monthly client of mine I just ask for a £3 payment to cover admin costs of setting up the route, planning and safety.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. First here's a little about me and then we can see if I can help you.

I've been involved in sports and fitness on and off since I left school in 1992, starting with swimming, then field hockey, karate, then after studying illustration and design in college I started training in Taekwondo and gained a black belt in the sport.

After a short break from exercise I then found a new interest in fitness classes and the gym environment. I loved the positive atmosphere and after a few years of this I decided that I wanted a real piece of the action.

I wanted to help people experience the buzz that I had felt. I wanted to help others get the same benefits that I’d gained as I felt my fitness improve week by week and help people look and feel better while giving them fresh, new opportunities to enjoy their lives.

Keeping busy has always been a priority for me whether itís physically or mentally so Iím always on the move through social media, training in the gym or getting very muddy and wet at events like Tough Mudder and Nuclear Races. Itís so much fun and I never thought Iíd be capable before starting my health and fitness journey.

You can have this too, whatever your goals might be, with my guidance and our joint commitment to your progress you can be whatever and whoever you want to be and achieve things you never thought were possible.
